A Midsummer Night's Dream
by William Shakespeare
A Shakespeare comedy for a midsummer evening. The marriage of Theseus and Hippolyta approaches, but mischief is stirring in the forest. Fairies appear and cause confusion: unfortunate young lovers are enchanted, and a play rehearsal for the wedding party is interrupted. Hopefully the chaos will be untangled before the night is out.
Performed in the magical ruins of the Bishop's Palace, Cathedral Close, St Davids. This fully lit production is in the open air – please dress to suit the weather.
